Shipping policy

DELIVERY

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. We dispatch the same working day on orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery options and prices

Standard — Royal Mail Tracked 48 — 2 to 3 working days — £3.49
Standard (Signed For) — Tracked 48 with signature — 2 to 3 working days — £3.99
Express — Royal Mail Tracked 24 — 1 to 2 working days — £4.99
Express (Signed For) — Tracked 24 with signature — 1 to 2 working days — £5.49

Signed For adds a signature on delivery for 50p on either service. All four options are fully tracked and you will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is dispatched.

Free delivery

Single-unit products are sent free of charge on Royal Mail Tracked 48, with no minimum spend. Free delivery on single units is not available to Northern Ireland; standard rates apply.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery times are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, in adverse weather, or where a carrier delay occurs outside our control. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays.

Age-restricted goods

Nicotine-containing products cannot be sold to anyone under 18. Orders may require age verification before dispatch, and Royal Mail may request proof of age on delivery. Where age cannot be verified, we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Problems with your delivery

If your tracking has not updated for three working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@astrovapes.co.uk with your order number. We will open an enquiry with Royal Mail and replace or refund your order.

Royal Mail treats a parcel as lost only after a set number of working days have passed since posting. We will always investigate straight away, but a refund or replacement for a lost parcel may need to wait until that point.
