RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This right is given to you by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you, or someone you nominate, receives the goods. Where an order is delivered in separate parts, the period runs from the day the last item is received.

To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days are up. Email info@astrovapes.co.uk with your order number and a statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the wording below, but you do not have to:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number, items, date ordered, date received, your name and address]."

Once you have cancelled, return the goods to us within 14 days.

Refunds after cancellation

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery charge you paid on the original order. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than our cheapest standard service, we refund the cost of the standard service only.

We issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.

You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If their value is reduced because you handled them more than necessary, we may deduct that reduction from your refund.

Goods excluded from the right to cancel

By law, the right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery. This applies to e-liquids, nicotine salts, prefilled pods and any sealed consumable in our range. Unopened items with seals intact can be returned as above.

This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us at info@astrovapes.co.uk with your order number and a photograph. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including delivery, and cover the cost of return. This is separate from the 14-day cancellation right and is not time-limited in the same way — your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply.
