Returns and Exchanges

We understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or exchanged. Our return policy is designed to make this process as simple as possible:

1. Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.

2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

3. Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and exchanges will be processed based on product availability.

Multiple Parcel Returns

Please note that you cannot return multiple parcels under one label. If you have multiple items to return, you can create up to three return labels per order. Each label should correspond to a separate parcel.
